Nexus One - The Google Phone, a sneak peek

Now how many of us realy know about Nexus One ?? I will tell you some, The phone is set to release in January 2010. Now it being accessible for Googlers, they are not allowed to let out the details of the phone, but they can't stop themselves from telling about the virtues of the phone. This is the reason why the pictures have hit the web and obviously got attention of many of the enthusiasts. Blogs and forums have been flooded since then with verious comments and questions.

Cory O’Brien, a San Francisco-based blogger, got his hands over one the models of the stated phone and notified a very interesting equation,

Google Phone = "iPhone" + increased screen size, a scroll wheel, amazing touch screen and Android

Now that increases the excitement level of all those who are awaiting the release of this revolitionary phone. Now the looks of the phone resemble HTC Passion but the difference to be noted here is that Nexus One isnot at all HTC-branded.
Surely that will serve as the ice between both of these models.

The Nexus One will launch in early January, 2010. It won’t be sold by any one carrier, but instead will be an unlocked GSM phone. In the U.S., that means T-Mobile and possibly AT&T, whose exclusivity deal with the iPhone is about to run out. It will be running Android 2.1

The phone runs on a Snapdragon chip, has a super high-resolution OLED touchscreen, is thinner than the iPhone, has no keyboard, and two mics. The mic on the back of the phone helps eliminate background noise, and it also has a “weirdly” large camera for a phone. And if you don’t like the touchscreen keyboard, a voice-to-text feature is supposed to let you dictate emails and notes by speaking directly into the phone.
Pictures of the phone have been dug up by Engadget and many others, they are as follows :
